4. Private Keys & Security

Your private keys and secret keys are never transmitted to our servers. All wallet signing operations are performed locally on your device. Encrypted vault keys, if stored, are encrypted with a password you control and are never accessible to AGN Solutions LLC in decrypted form. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys and recovery phrases.

5. Blockchain Data

Transactions submitted through the App are broadcast to the Solana blockchain, which is a public, immutable ledger. Once submitted, transaction data — including wallet addresses and amounts — is permanently and publicly visible. We have no ability to delete or modify on-chain data.

6. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services which may collect data according to their own privacy policies:

• Helius: Solana RPC provider for blockchain data queries.
• Jupiter, Raydium: DeFi protocol APIs for swap quotes and liquidity data.
• Stripe: Payment processing for subscription plans.
